A clear boundary around specialist work.

Legal decisions, accounting sign-off, investment advice, engineering, site safety and regulated judgments remain with qualified professionals. Security assessments, complex infrastructure and transaction diligence require an appropriately qualified delivery team. No certification, vendor partnership or 24/7 service is implied.

Know the scope before you commit.

Your proposal should name the deliverables, responsible team, implementation stages, data and access requirements, acceptance tests, third-party costs, support coverage and change-control process. A discovery conversation is not a promise of a particular result.

Examples of how a broad transformation brief becomes a focused workflow.

LAW FIRMS

Inquiry → reviewed intake → matter setup

Connect: Inquiry capture, document requests, assigned review, status updates and approved matter creation.

Measure: Response time, incomplete intake and time to the next responsible person.

Keep human: Conflict decisions, legal advice and acceptance of the engagement.

PRIVATE EQUITY

Portfolio data → reconciliation → reporting

Connect: Entity submissions, definitions, exception review and a consistent reporting pack.

Measure: Preparation time, data freshness and unresolved reconciliation items.

Keep human: Interpretation, valuation, investment decisions and final approval.

CONSTRUCTION / GCs

Bid → project handover → cost visibility

Connect: Opportunity records, scope documents, subcontractor information and finance handoffs.

Measure: Follow-up coverage, missing documents and time to reconcile project information.

Keep human: Bid commitments, contract changes, payment approval and site decisions.

Questions

What does an engagement cost?

Each engagement is scoped and priced in a written proposal. Scope and price are fixed in a written proposal after a scoping call.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on scope, access, integration complexity and your team’s availability. The written proposal sets milestones, dependencies and acceptance criteria before work begins.

How is this different from a consultancy?

Our offer combines systems design, implementation and operational adoption. The written scope defines what we build, how it is accepted and how your team is supported, rather than stopping at recommendations.

Who owns the systems and data?

Ownership, account administration, code, documentation and handover rights are defined in the agreement. Third-party software remains subject to its vendor licenses and terms.

How do you handle confidential data?

We agree access, confidentiality, vendor processing and required review controls before implementation. Sensitive workflows require explicit approval; no blanket compliance certification is implied.

Start with a 45-minute systems review.

We discuss the workflow you want to improve, your current systems and the constraints that matter, then identify whether there is a sensible next step.
